Tim Whitener is amazing!!! He helped my sister out 2yrs ago after another dealership totally screwed her over and left her with a car that no longer functioned (after just a few months and she had purchase ago after another dealership totally screwed her over and left her with a car that no longer functioned (after just a few months and she had purchased their warranty!!). So after that when I was in the market for a new car of course I went to Kia to see Tim! The whole process was very simple, never pushy.
