What was a great experience has turned into a nightmare. My car in under 900 miles has been back 4 times for repair once on a tow truck. The vehicle is a 2021 kia. It randomly pulls. It will say key can't be found. The vehicle has an alternator and a battery already. Dealership should make it right and just replace the car but won't. So the car will sit in my front yard with lemons 🍋 on the windshield. The first 3 weeks of ownership I have had the car in my possession for a whole 4 days. Its sad brand new car and my family is afraid to ride in it... my neighbors just compliment me on how great it looks as an lawn ornament as of 11/07/2020! 😃 at least I have that going for me! I have been told multiple times they can't duplicate the issue. If anyone is interested in seeing what a true 2021 kia soul drives like please contact me 828-989-3291.
