1st time Kia purchaser Julian Rogers provided great customer service during our purchasing experience. If he was unsure of the answer to a question we asked, he let us know Julian Rogers provided great customer service during our purchasing experience. If he was unsure of the answer to a question we asked, he let us know and then proceeded to find out the answer for us. The only downside to the experience is the time frame it took to get the paperwork together, speak with the one finance employee, and then wait for the vehicle to be ready for us to leave. More
