Excellent Justin was super helpful! As a first time car buyer, Justin was patient with us and answered questions that we had. We had been to another Kia dealers Justin was super helpful! As a first time car buyer, Justin was patient with us and answered questions that we had. We had been to another Kia dealership and were not impressed with their customer service and felt pushed/rushed into making a quick decision. From the moment we arrived and met Justin, he went over the details of the car as well as providing great customer service. He never made it seem like we had to make an immediate decision. He took the time to carry on conversations that were friendly and had nothing to do with us buying a new car making the atmosphere less business like and more relaxing. He also showed me where we would need to go to get the new car serviced. Overall, we’re glad Justin was able to help walk us through the process of buying our first car. Didn’t have to settle!!!! I finally got to get a vehicle I want and will totally enjoy!!!! I have always had to settle on a vehicle and was never really happy driving it. Even if you are not considerina a Kia, you would be wise to stop by and explore this vehicle brand as part of your car buying decision. Not only are these high quality and attractively priced vehicles and have a very comprehensive and generous warranty package, but I was very impressed with the professionalism and the way that I was treated my David Hoover, the sales person who I purchased my vehicle from.
