My overall experience with Paramount Kia of Hickory was absolutely amazing. I did not feel pressured at any time during the visit to buy a new or used car. I simply chose Kia because I was referred by a family member. Although I am a strong supporter of Chevrolet, I could not be any happier with my Kia Rio LX. The majority of the reason that I loved the service so much was my sales representative, Phil Philyaw. It was a very windy day and when we went for the test drive and walked over to the service center to run my payment card, he made jokes and really helped me feel comfortable. I even got to charge my iPhone while waiting on the papers to process. The fact that I have just turned 19 with no credit to my name and was able to finance a car by myself through the First Time Buyer's program made me ecstatic. Words cannot begin to express how much I love the Paramount Kia of Hickory crew and all that they have done for me thus far. I have recommended three people to go try to get a car with Phil and will continue to do so. More
