He helped find the right vehicle we were looking for that had all the important details we wanted and needed. He really went above for us! Eli in the finance department was an easy person to talk to. He made us feel welcome and went the extra mile to help us choose which direction to go with our purchase. This is our second vehicle from Kia and we couldn’t be happier! We told service people car wasn't running right they said get a 70 oil change then drive 1000 miles for oil consumption test we said didnt feel comfy driving it. With 42 being the highest and 37 being the lowest. Maybe next time we can do a little better More

Agree run from this Service Center! So incompetent. I have a 2024 KIA Sportage and took my vehicle in 3 times to just change the oil. I had so much oil all over my car/ car port. Did t So incompetent. I have a 2024 KIA Sportage and took my vehicle in 3 times to just change the oil. I had so much oil all over my car/ car port. Did they damage the engine? Very sad it took 3 tries to change the oil and seal it. Now I need some real work and I wouldn't touch this service center especially after the other reviews. The service mgr Brent did send someone to clean up the oil all over the carport and a 25 gift cert but... I would prefer a tech that was knowledgeable enough to change the oil right the first time. More
