The service department took us right in and determined what the car needed. We chose not to have the Jetta repaired instead we purchased a new 2017 Jetta. We were most pleased with the way various members of the dealership went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Best Experience Ever I was in search of a larger vehicle. I had a 2013 GMC Acadia and wanted to trade for a Yukon XL or Suburban. I had called many dealers looking for the perfect car to trade for. Paramount Porsche Volvo had a 2014 Yukon XL that had just been traded in. Butch told me about the vehicle when I called. He was really nice, down to earth and honest when I first spoke to him. Something about speaking with him drew me to the dealership. When I looked at the vehicle it was just as he had described it. I was not sure how the paper work would go. I was prepared to leave and look for something cheaper because of what I still owed on my Acadia. Cheaper meant more miles and in not as good a condition as this car. Butch worked hard to make this possible for me. They gave me a fair price for my Acadia without any haggle or hassle. The previous owner of the Yukon had a pet and the dealership did not see the pet hairs in the little nooks of the car. When Butch saw this he sent the Yukon to be detailed thoroughly and made sure it came back perfect for me before I picked it up. They gave me a car to drive while the Yukon was being cleaned. They went out of their way to take care of my needs. Most of the time looking for a new car is not a pleasant experience. Everyone at this dealership that I came in contact with went out of their way to make this happen for me. No hassle, no haggle just great honest people which means so much in this day and time. I encourage anyone looking to buy a car to try them first. They are all an excellent group to work with. More
