Jose Muniz was our sales rep and he was great, went out of his way to get a vehicle from their Valdese store to the Hickory store, made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase, asked us if we wanted something to drink numerous times since it was incredible hot outside but most importantly what my husband and I loved the most about Jose Muniz was he is not a pushy sales man! That's one thing I can not stand, it makes me feel like the sales man is more interested in their commission then the needs for the customer but not Jose Muniz he genuinely seemed to care about our needs and wants. So I would recommend anyone to Jose Muniz. If you need a car...CALL HIM! More
