I was allowed to look on my own, then made contact with Butch Walters, told him I wasn't ready to make a decision. Came back in about a month, contacted Butch again and he showed me what you had in the new and used inventory. He had a very nice new 2015 Jetta, with the equipment I was looking for and more, it was in my price range so we started the purchasing process. The rest of the sales staff, and business staff were really good to work with,they had me on the road in a new Jetta that I am well pleased with. They also got my bluetooth up and running before I left the facility. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone considering purchasing a VW in the area. More

Painless I came in to trade in a my vw mk7 gti that I was as you would say growing out of. . .( needed more room ). .something a little bigger but still have a I came in to trade in a my vw mk7 gti that I was as you would say growing out of. . .( needed more room ). .something a little bigger but still have a sporty look but didnt really know exactly what I was looking for but wanted to stay in a vw and Colton was able to give me a suggestion with the Jetta sport and I fell in love with the car but wanted to keep my gti wheels on the Jetta sport. I thought this want or request of mine would be a no go but Colton went to bat for me and was able to make it happen then Josh took all the time in the world to make sure I understood and was happy with all the financial parts of the progress ( he broke it down barney style for me ) he gladly walled me through the whole purchasing process he went line by line number by number with me. . . .EXCEPTIONAL!!!!
