I am in my sixties and certainly have vast experience in purchasing big ticket items. He was determined that he was going to make me happy and he did. I ended up looking at a Volvo for a second car to drive rather than use my tbird. I haggled with him over many items regarding repairs, price, fees, etc. He was always polite, considerate and helpful He did everything in his power to please me with my forthcoming purchase and quite honestly went beyond my expectations. Without a doubt Paramount should keep this young man and know that he represents your agency well and also strives to please potential customers who will without hesitation recommend him and your agency to everyone. I came to pickup my purchase and he greeted me warmly, had filled my car up with gasoline, cleaned it in and out, had the tag on it and the keys in hand. The paperwork was easily handled without a problem. I actually gave him a hug because he was so very nice, polite, respectful, helpful, efficient, and without a doubt - made my car buying a great experience.
