Painless I came in to trade in a my vw mk7 gti that I was as you would say growing out of. . .( needed more room ). .something a little bigger but still have a I came in to trade in a my vw mk7 gti that I was as you would say growing out of. . .( needed more room ). .something a little bigger but still have a sporty look but didnt really know exactly what I was looking for but wanted to stay in a vw and Colton was able to give me a suggestion with the Jetta sport and I fell in love with the car but wanted to keep my gti wheels on the Jetta sport. I thought this want or request of mine would be a no go but Colton went to bat for me and was able to make it happen then Josh took all the time in the world to make sure I understood and was happy with all the financial parts of the progress ( he broke it down barney style for me ) he gladly walled me through the whole purchasing process he went line by line number by number with me. . . .EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Evan - one outstanding young salesman - truly amazing!! I came to look at an suv that I had seen on line. I was fortunate in that I met Evan, a young man, who though we had a little rough start, proved to I came to look at an suv that I had seen on line. I was fortunate in that I met Evan, a young man, who though we had a little rough start, proved to be one of the best salesmen I believe I have ever encountered. I am in my sixties and certainly have vast experience in purchasing big ticket items. He was determined that he was going to make me happy and he did. I ended up looking at a Volvo for a second car to drive rather than use my tbird. I haggled with him over many items regarding repairs, price, fees, etc. He was always polite, considerate and helpful He did everything in his power to please me with my forthcoming purchase and quite honestly went beyond my expectations. Without a doubt Paramount should keep this young man and know that he represents your agency well and also strives to please potential customers who will without hesitation recommend him and your agency to everyone. I came to pickup my purchase and he greeted me warmly, had filled my car up with gasoline, cleaned it in and out, had the tag on it and the keys in hand. The paperwork was easily handled without a problem. I actually gave him a hug because he was so very nice, polite, respectful, helpful, efficient, and without a doubt - made my car buying a great experience.
