No Hassle Shopping MY HUSBAND AND I ACTUALLY CAME IN A WEEK PRIOR TO PURCHASING OUR JETTA. WE SPOKE WITH COLTON TANNENBAUM, WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING THAT AT THAT POIN MY HUSBAND AND I ACTUALLY CAME IN A WEEK PRIOR TO PURCHASING OUR JETTA. WE SPOKE WITH COLTON TANNENBAUM, WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING THAT AT THAT POINT WE WERE JUST LOOKING. HE TOLD US ABOUT THE CAR WE WERE LOOKING AT AND THE DIFFERENT FEATURES AND OPTIONS IT HAD. HE GAVE US HIS CARD AND TOLD US IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS TO FEEL FREE TO CALL HIM. THE NEXT WEEK, MY HUSBAND AND I WENT BACK AND SPOKE WITH COLTON AGAIN. UNFORTUNATLEY, THE JETTA THAT WE LOOKED AT THE PREVIOUS WEEK HAD BEEN SOLD. HE ASSISTED US IN LOOKING FOR ANOTHER ONE, AND AGAIN, NO HASSLE. HE TOLD US THE DIFFERENCES IN THE ONES WE WERE LOOKING AT (JETTA & PASSAT) AND TOOK US ON A TEST DRIVE. THE MAIN THING WE WERE LOOKING FOR WAS TO LOWER OUR PAYMENT FROM WHAT WE ALREADY HAD. NOT ONCE DID COLTON TRY TO PERSUADE US ONE WAY OR THE OTHER BETWEEN THE TWO CARS. HE LET THE NUMBERS DO THE TALKING AND THAT IS WHEN WE DECIDED TO GO WITH OUR JETTA!!! SO FAR, SO GOOD!! More

Since purchasing a Passat previously I continue to receive occasional "Hey, how are you doing...here's the cool stuff we have going on..." emails from Since purchasing a Passat previously I continue to receive occasional "Hey, how are you doing...here's the cool stuff we have going on..." emails from MY salesperson. When I suddenly needed a new car the staff was all over taking care to answer our questions. Further, they were considerate of my personal needs as I was in an accident and it was physically difficult to be there. We got the best deal (still not sure how they pulled that off) and went away feeling like I had been cared for. Maybe its because we were making them money but it felt a lot like it was because they appreciated our business enough to actually care. Impressive! More
