My car stopped working for me over Thanksgiving this year so my Black Friday shopping plans changed as I decided it was time to just let the old car go and get a new one. I did a ton of research online and fell in love with the gas mileage and the safety features of the 2014 Jetta. I stopped by Paramount Volkswagen to look around and maybe do a test drive that same day. When I arrived I was greeted by a salesman who was on his way out the door. He looked very busy but stopped to welcome me and hold the door and ask what I was looking for or what I needed. I explained and he said he needed to put a tag on a car for another customer but he showed me where several Jettas were parked and offered for me to take a look around and said that he would be with me in just a minute. I had not realized how pretty the Jettas were! The salesman I had met at the door came over minutes later and introduced himself as Caleb. We went for a test drive and I was sold. Caleb was so thorough in showing me the car and just so friendly. I asked if I could have the weekend to think it over and make sure my bills were in order and Caleb made sure that I had all the information I needed in my hands before I left. I came back the following Monday and signed up for a 3 year lease. The whole process was far quicker and easier than I had thought it would be and Caleb made sure that I had water and was comfortable the entire time I was in the office. Overall I have never had a better car buying experience and I am grateful to know that I am going to be taken care of all the way through my lease and I hope that Caleb is still at Paramount in 3 years when I return to renew my lease. On December 5, 2013, I purchased my second car from Paramount Volvo, a 2010 Nissan Maxima -- and my second car from salesman Alan Cook (the first I purchased back in September 2013 was a 2010 Toyota Pr Paramount Volvo, a 2010 Nissan Maxima -- and my second car from salesman Alan Cook (the first I purchased back in September 2013 was a 2010 Toyota Prius for my daughter). I have been extremely impressed with Alan and the dealership; the place is very attractive, and it is the direct opposite of the typical dealership -- no pressure and a completely pleasant experience.
