Paramount Porsche Volvo VW

The reason for our visit was not with the intentions of trading my car. I had a 2004 VW Beetle which I absolutely loved! We brought it in to leave it for service on a recall. We decided to look around the lot at which time the Eos caught our attention; Josh came out and told us all about the car and went with us for a test drive; we really liked it and would not have considered trading our Beetle had the price not been exactly right; it was so here we are with a 2008 Eos! Josh was great! We really enjoyed him; he knew and showed us everything about the car; he was never pushy; he was down to earth and honest and made us feel comfortable. He is a great salesman! Everyone there made us feel comfortable and welcome; it was a great experience. We will definitely visit again! More

He was very helpful and actually walked me to George's desk. My experience from the start with George Gillespie was very please, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and patiently showed me the inside of the Jetta as well as the truck space. I brought my husband back for a second look and was again treated extremely well and was not at any time pushed for a comittment or haggling on purchase price. Then, by phone the terms of the sale was negotiated and a decision was reached for final sales price. I then set up an appointment to bring a check and pick up my car! All was made very easy and the transfer of ownership was completed. George then went over the workings of the car with me as well as taking me through the repair/parts area of the building and an appointment was set up for my 90 day inspection. I can't remember all the names, but all were very courteous and pleasant. I have told my office manager that this is the first time I've actually had fun buying a new car. I was looking around the lot for a VW Jetta SEL with a manual transmission and JC Campbell quickly found a vehicle on the lot that far exceeded my expectations. He provided a lot of information about the vehicle and showed me the features it had and how to use the Console (GPS,Sirus Radio,and the Phone System). He also showed how to work the sunroof and the mirrors and how to pair my phone via Bluetooth with the Phone System in the car. He was friendly throughout the purchase process and answered any questions I had and even looked for accessories I was wanting to add later to the vehicle. I received a very good price on the vehicle. Upon bringing the vehicle to get it cleaned up, the service team did a really good job on the wash and wax job. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends and would recommend them to ask for JC Campbell and the sales manager for assistance. More

Rick Church has been our favorite sales person since our first Volvo many moons ago. He is completely up to date on all the new gadgets and functions of the new and old volvos. We felt confident he would secure me the most car for the best price. He was diligent in his research to make sure I got the volvo I wanted and the general manager made it all happen. I couldn't be happier with my new 2012 Volvo.It was everything Rick said it would be plus more. I did work with the dealership in Winston for a while to be sure I received good maintenance while our Paramount Dealership was in "transition". They were polite and efficient but no where near the quality of attention that Paramount has shown me. Sometimes females feel uncomfortable in a "man's world" of auto dealerships but I see that it is quickly changing starting with Paramount. In closing, I had a great experience with no stress or buyers remorse. I trust Rick and that is what makes a good salesman. I look forward to buying my 4th Volvo from him in the near future. More
