I had been looking for a vw tdi's for over a month now and paramount had the best deals that vanished quickly. As this was my first experience going into a dealership, I was extremely apprehensive about car shopping. Caleb proceeded to spend an extensive amount of time simply listening to me explain what sort of vehicle I was looking for as well as what my price range was. He told me he had a used vehicle that sounded perfect for me and took me on a test drive. During the entire process I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy. Caleb was friendly and patient through all of my questions. The other employees I came in contact with were as welcoming as Caleb and the atmosphere inside the dealership was surprisingly relaxing. Overall I ended up with a fantastic car that fit great into my budget and a car buying experience worth writing a review about! My experience started on friday over the phone with Caleb. He did all of the work over the phone that evening so I wouldn't have to take up my whole saturday just to buy a car.
