Was hoping for a fair deal I purchased a car used, not knowing it had major oil loss problems which I later read are typical of this car, a Volvo XC60. My main concern when buying this car what is reliability. I was told by my salesman that these are extremely reliable cars. I had the car for about six months and had oil problems from the start. I was working in Florida for the winter or I would have returned the car immediately. In the last six weeks of owning the car I went through 9 quarts of oil. I was told they had no idea there was anything wrong with this car. I believe that is the reason the prior owner returned the car to Paramount. I paid a lot of money to drive this car for 6 months. I guess I trusted my salesman and I should not have.. Expensive lesson taught to me by the folks at Hickory Paramount Volvo. More

Our first experience in 2017 was excellent & a major reason that we returned in March, 2019, to order my Macan. From building my car to settling on the purchase price, Bob Smith was stellar. Today, he sent a car & driver to pick us up at our home in Winston-Salem & drive us to Hickory to get my new Macan. Bob met us in the showroom where we began the process of pickup, spent over an hour inside the service department to show me all of the features. He then took us outside to start the car so that he could complete my "introduction" to my new car. I would buy another Porsche at Paramount & gladly rate my experience as FIVE stars. More
