I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and never went through a STRESS LESS pu at a car dealership with nothing but POSITIVE comments. Aminabat (Junior) was professional, courteous, and up front regarding all costs. From doing my research before I went in I knew where I needed to be and where I should be with regards to cost, trade-in, percentage rate, Etc... There were no surprises at the end of the deal!! If your in the market for BMW I strongly suggest asking for Junior when you walk in door. More

My original Sales person was Andre and he was extremely helpful with my previous 2 bmws (328xi, one in 2007 and the 2nd in 2010). I talked to Mike because Andre was on vacation and i wanted to make sure i helpful with my previous 2 bmws (328xi, one in 2007 and the 2nd in 2010). I talked to Mike because Andre was on vacation and i wanted to make sure i ordered my new car before my lease was up. i was a bit afraid because i had never dealt w/ Mike, but to my surprise Mike was WONDERFUL!!!! I had gone to Audi (A6) and Mercedes (E class) to compare, but those sales people wanted to shove me into any car that was in their lot. I am very picky about what i want, from the color to certain perks (cooling seats that was a must for me) and the first thing that Mike asked me was when I showed up to Park Ave was "What do you want?....No worries we can ordered one w/ everything you want" He make the lease process so easy that it only took less than 2 hours and i was signing the lease to a 2014 528xi that was almost fully loaded! I love my new car and I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a car. I will definitely be back in 3 years More
