At first the visit was a bit rocky. We felt like we weren't being given the level of service we deserved. However all was addressed the further we got into the deal. I had the pleasure of meeting John about 2 weeks ago after Gregg and I finished up the sale of my new BMW! My 328 lease was approaching maturity in Nov., and I stopped off at Park Avenue BMW to explore the possibility of any lease pull-in for a new vehicle, since my commute dictates much driving and mileag stopped off at Park Avenue BMW to explore the possibility of any lease pull-in for a new vehicle, since my commute dictates much driving and mileage accrual. Upon arrival I found that the Ultimate Driving Event was going on that day, which just sweetened my plans. I was referred to Sabit to service my interests for a new vehicle, and his support was great from the get-go; I had his undivided attention for the rest of my visit that afternoon. We discussed my vehicle interests, which scoped out several choices, and he fielded my questions and considerations with genuine interest and demonstrated expertise. Our family also leases an X3, which is great vehicle, and I was interested in the newer X1, but also considering another X3 or 328; after the X1 test drive and closer look at the vehicle's offerings, that was it! That's when Sabit really shined on his thorough and diligent follow-through to locate the vehicles that would best meet my requirements, to have them brought from storage to the sales lot for me to see. He committed to work out a deal covering my current mileage overage, a new higher mileage lease, and the combined perks for the Drive Event & my being a long time Park Avenue BMW customer. He came through with all of these, over the next few days, and upon my return to the dealership we reached a decision. Ryan was then brought into the discussion, early for the finance team, to which end he offered reasonable rates for the vehicle insurances plans, which I typically like to include in a lease; I took delivery of our new X1 a few days later, closing smoothly with Ryan. Sabit made this process a very seamless and positive one, also providing an excellent briefing on the instrument panel features and recommendations, with follow-up calls into the week thereafter to assess my new experience with the vehicle. We look forward to revisiting with him in a few months when our 2nd X3 lease approaches maturity. More
