My wife and I just purchased a 2011 328 i with x drive from Mike Messinger. We went to Park Ave BMW after getting a bad feeling from another BMW dealer we were dealing with. We were in negotiations with the other dealership and they were trying to deceive us about price,interest rates, and the value of the car we were looking at. We already did our homework and were well versed on exactly what we wanted. With that being said We decided to drive over to Park Ave BMW to see what they would offer us. It was out of our way but we wanted to see how we would be treated there. When we walked into the showroom we were immediately greeted by a very nice woman who offered us coffee and refreshments. We told her we were looking for a Pre Owned Certified 328 for my wife. She picked up her phone and called a salesman. Less than 1 minute later Mr Messinger came up to us and greeted us. We told him what we were looking for and also told him of our unpleasant experience and how disappointed we were with the last BMW dealer we visited. He immediately assured us that Park Ave BMW operates in a Professional Manner and values their customers. We sat down with Mike and he looked at his available inventory that matched our criteria. We wanted an X drive with navigation and a black interior. It took him literally 2 mins to find a 328 with everything we wanted. He got on his phone and called someone and told them to bring the car around to the front of the showroom so we could look it. My wife looked at me with her eyes wide and smiled. we couldn't believe he was having it brought right up front for us. By the time we went reached the front door the car was right there and the valet handed Mike the key. the car was spotless inside and out we thought it was brand new and perhaps they made a mistake. Mike said what do you think? My wife was grinning from ear to eat. Mike got a plate and said let's take it for ride. My wife insisted that I drive the car because Im a stickler for details. I started the car and saw that it only had a little over 15,000 miles on it. This car was mint condition inside and out and certified. It drove like a new car. We got back to the dealership and went back to Mikes office to see what it would cost us. I was thinking here comes the bad news! Well when he told us the price we were blown away. Not only was he a thousand dollars cheaper then the other dealer his interest rate was lower too! The car he was recommending had 15,000 less miles on it and no scratches or blemishes of any kind inside and out. We told him we had a car we wanted to trade in with us. He went outside to appraise our car and offered us 1200 more than the last dealer did. I asked him if we could do the deal right now and his response was " Why Not ". He called the valet up and told him to clean and wax the car for delivery ASAP even though the car was spotless! Literally 2 hours later we were signing the financing papers. After that, Mike walked my wife and I through all the functions and features of the car. He answered all our questions and was very patient and pleasant the whole time. He never once tried to rush us and he even paired her phone with the car ..! Within 3 hours we driving home with my wife's new car. I couldn't believe it...! I have to say that I'm not big on writing reviews because I don't have time during my busy day. However after dealing with Mike Messinger I just had write this well deserved review because I want everyone to know that Mike Messinger and Park Ave BMW are the top of the heap! If you want a great deal and want to be treated right then I highly recommend Mike Messinger to purchase a BMW....! More

We just bought a 2010 inifinity at this BMW dealership. Purchasing a car is always a pretty time consuming process. If you have to spend 3 hours with a car salesman, we were lucky to get Jeff!
