He was very upfront and honest with the price negotiation and ensured that the only variable remaining in the deal-making was my test drive and personal choice. This dealership is also conveniently located and has a large stock of BMWs and other used vehicles. They have an excellent kids play area which kept our little one busy. Financing was also quick and easy. In the whole process everyone is calm, and never try to rush customer into making a decision, which is a great attribute. That is something not many dealers do as they donot want pricing to go out. Once the deal was sealed, I was ready to pick the car once my finance company sent the check. Guess what? Roger found me a finance deal much better than what I had! He ended up saving me a chunk in interest costs. Plus when we sat for other goodie's, he did not push for anything and just advised properly. Basically, it was a no sales pressure experience and just being treated fairly. Here is the thing. Park ave is literally an hour away from where I live, but I would still go and purchase a vehicle from them. I have trust in them to treat me fairly. More
