My car was taken in, I was given a loaner- and was on my way in minuets. Claudio was on the phone with me as soon as the problem was discovered and let me know when it would be fixed. The repair was covered under the CPO warranty and the car was ready the next day. I've continued to buy BMW's because of the superior service that the company provides and the service staff that goes along with it! If your BMW is in need of service I would strongly recommend heading to Park Ave BMW! The garage was very easy to drive in and out of. The street wasn't busy. Park Avenue BMW, specifically the service provided by Daniel Pieroni was phenomenal. I came to the dealership after receiving a quote from a NYC dealer, and not only did Park Avenue beat the quote, but e Daniel Pieroni was phenomenal. I came to the dealership after receiving a quote from a NYC dealer, and not only did Park Avenue beat the quote, but explained why and how they came to that price. As well, I was fairly unsure if I wanted a 335 or 328, and Dan spent a great deal of time explaining the specifics of each model including a test drive. Accordingly, he was not pushy or used any form of "sell tactics" beyond being honest and explaining what I wanted vs what I could afford. Unfortunately I could not locate the specific vehicle I wanted, and had to have one ordered. Not only did Dan follow up immediately, but kept me in the loop with updates and catered to my questions involving car specifics, insurance issues, and pick up. After approximately 5.5 weeks, Dan set up a specific time for me to pick up the vehicle and worked around my work schedule to accommodate. Upon pickup he was not pushy, but explained in great detail the procedure and made sure I was fully aware of the entire signing process. He spent ample amount of time answering any question I had about the car with extreme expertise, spending close to 40 minutes demonstrating the systems. Overall the process was simply flawless. After dealing with some so-so dealers in the past, it was refreshing to simply meet a dealership that was full of a bunch of "car guys" who knew their stuff, and were more interested about finding a car you wanted, as opposed to a car they had. 5/5 Highly Recommended.
