This has been the third time that my husband and I have traveled to park ave BMW to purchase. Tom is the most fantastic car salesman! He called me when it was close to the time my lease was up to make sure that it was on my radar. He smoothed out the entire purchase process so that I was in and out in no time - which is perfect for me as the busy executive. The entire dealership was very friendly - making sure that I was being helped, had coffee, etc. - just plain welcoming which also made the whole experience enjoyable. And, Tom doesn't stop once the ink dries on the contract. He has always been there in the past (and I know in the future) when I have questions or comments regarding features and functions of the car.
