The sales consultant provided me excellent service and a no pressure sales approach. He was proactive in answering my questions by phone or e-mail. He was very knowledgable about the cars and features and recommended which options I should order. He was able to find the exact car I was looking for. The finance manager was equally as helpful. The lease price I received was by far the most competitive of any BMW dealership in the area. When I made an appointment to pick up the car, all paperwork had been completed ready for signature. I would highly recommend Park Ave BMW and would purchase another car from them in a second. More
