Over many years, I had both very good and very painful experiences at dealership service departments for Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, Jeep, Chevrolet, etc. Park Ave ranks as the BEST EVER, and Rick among the bes experiences at dealership service departments for Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, Jeep, Chevrolet, etc. Park Ave ranks as the BEST EVER, and Rick among the best advisors I've met. He greeted me cheerfully, provided clear and regular updates, and actually worked to ensure I was happy and comfortable with the work done. Repair work was perfect - as expected. Over and above, Rick had estimates done for other work I was contemplating but did not perform, and advocated in my favor to resolve a warranty coverage question where he could have just said "not my concern." I will come back here for all my service. By the way, I must comment on Park Avenue's new service facility: it is state-of-art in terms of comfort for the customer, with a free internet cafe, ESPN on TV screens and plentiful seating in a large open, windowed area off the service area, in place of a windowless sitting room and a carafe of stale coffee that is the norm at most dealerships. I rate this place A+ in all respects and will give Rick a Gold Star to boot. Well done, Park Ave BMW. More
The service department of this dealership is amazing! I was stuck in a bind (long story) and needed quick diagnostics and a minor repair. I have to say that Adre was a very pleasant sales person, who took his time to help us out with purchasing our vehicle. He made us feel at ease at all times we questioned him regarding the type of vehicle who took his time to help us out with purchasing our vehicle. He made us feel at ease at all times we questioned him regarding the type of vehicle we were looking for. He also never had any negative input about our credit. He treated us as very special customers the minute we walk in. Regarding Gil, he was also a pleasant person to deal with. I went to park avenue BMW on 02/24/13 because I had a few concerns about my vehicle Mike was service rep. I told him that i needed help with a few things. First I needed my back seat to be popped back in bec concerns about my vehicle Mike was service rep. I told him that i needed help with a few things. First I needed my back seat to be popped back in because i mistakenly popped it out because when I called BMW assist they told me the my back seats were able to come down he replied with attitude that's not my fault you did that and I have to pay my guys to for that labor I said OK I understand if I have to pay for that I will. He didn't charge me however there was no reason for him to be so rude. Then i told him that I needed my GPS upgraded and he replied again with an attitude you have to pay for that and I said OK I thought that was included with my BMW assist. Then i asked i also need you to a quick check up to ensure everything is OK with my car and that the low tire signal kept popping up even after I put air in my tires he told me that he would check the tires but that he couldn't check the rest of the car because my car wasn't due for maintenance and that he knows that the reason I wanted him to check my car is because my mileage was close to 50,000!! I found that statement to be rude and disrespectful especially after I just finished earlier that day purchasing a extended warranty & maintenance for $6874.75. I told him OK do what you can. When my car was done he said we fixed the seat and your tires were fine a few days later my low tire signs came back on so I scheduled another appointment for 03/13/13 it was originally on 03/09/13 but I didn't make it because of the snow storm this time Larry was my service adviser he had to put me in the system because for some reason Mike never did so after I was added he checked my car promptly called me and told that the reason I was getting that low tire signal was because i had two huge nails in two of my tires and the rest of the tires were in bad shape I'm not a car expert but tires don't go bad in a two week span. So i got all four tires replaced. My issue is why didn't mike take the time to do this its hazard to drive with bad tire especially that I do a lot of driving perhaps Mike was having a bad day as we all do but that doesn't give him the right to treat customers poorly, accused them of trying to beat the system or to put their lives in danger by being neglectful. Thanks to Larry for his exceptional service and for making me feel welcomed to park avenue I don't want Mike to ever touch my car. More

He's always been a pleasure to deal with. Park Avenue's new drive-in/drive out service center in South Hackensack is designed to make drop-off and pickup a breeze. I have been dealing with Rick Pelillo there for more than 10 years for my all service needs. You can always count on him to take good care of your car (and you). Whether it's for a routine serivce or a complex repair job, he's always been terrific at articulating exactly what work needs to be done, what my options are, and then giving me his experienced view of which course to take. After dealing with many dealers in NYC I decided to give New Jersey a try. Park Avenue was my first and last stop. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. She was very friendly and helpful providing all the information I needed and answered all my questions. Most dealerships are extremely pushy as soon as you enter the front door but that was not the case. I told her exactly what I wanted and we sat and looked through her inventory until we finally found the car that was perfect for me. After purchasing the car she even followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was satisfactory and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. I also dealt with Roger Pic who was the finance manager. He too was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of other services available to me if interested. Again not pushy but very helpful. And last but not least Wayne Carenza who is the general manager that made me feel like family. These three people made my experience hassle free and I can't thank them enough...thank you, thank you, thank you. You've earned a customer for life. More
