Loved my experience! I went to Park Place Lexus in Grapevine because I was originally impressed with their service department. I did not own a Lexus but always wanted one I went to Park Place Lexus in Grapevine because I was originally impressed with their service department. I did not own a Lexus but always wanted one and a friend had purchased one at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine and I was with him once when he had to take the car for service. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ferid and told him what I was looking for. He quickly retrieved he keys for me to test drive the cars. Ferid was awesome and helped make sure that buying my car was a great experience. He was polite and always made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease during the process. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a Lexus to ask for Ferid! I am so in love with my Lexus and will be a Lexus owner forever! More
