We had an overall fantastic experience with Gaylen. She was very attentive to our needs, never hurt to go back and ask questions on our behalf and had a great personality with us the entire 3 days we worke was very attentive to our needs, never hurt to go back and ask questions on our behalf and had a great personality with us the entire 3 days we worked with her. She always remember our names and greated us with a great smile. Overall we spent close to 10 hours with her over the course of 3 days and she was always ready for us to ask more questions. She even returned our phone calls promptly. When it came to pricing I believe she worked with us and assisted us and Terry in getting us the best overall price for the vehicle we purchased. I was only disappointed with the vehicle pricing compared to the MSRP Pricing, I felt it could have been a little more negotiable. The sale price was less than $1000 from the MSRP, that was a surprise. Not much difference. Granit there was a $500 incentive but still, I've seen vehicles (new) for sale with better savings difference between the MSRP and the Sales Price. We know that is out of the hands of the sales rep so of course we do not hold Galen responsible for that as I would hope this survey does not either. She herself was a pleasure to work with as was Terry in Financing and we will DEFINATLEY send out friends to see the two of them when they're in the market for a new car. More

A recommendation was made of a few cars within my price range and what I shared was on my wish list of features. My biggest draw to Honda Wilsonville was the no-haggle pricing. I was given a printout of all cars of the make and model of what I was looking for that SOLD within 150 miles. It was easy to see the year, and mileage and noted that the car I was about to check out was a good deal. I don't want to be thinking I could have gotten the car for less if I bickered and held out for six hours, or that the guy before me got a great deal so they would have to stick me for the difference. Here, it's straight up. Buying a car can be an arduous process, and I believe that Gaylen was my advocate, She got the right people involved, for financing and trade-in, and expedited each step as much as was possible. Respectful and low-key. I like this place. More
