I would like to thank the service team for getting me in so quick for some routine servicing and to look at my A/C! While I was waiting in the reception area I was watching a Salesman helping a customer who so quick for some routine servicing and to look at my A/C! While I was waiting in the reception area I was watching a Salesman helping a customer who was looking at an Accord. She was asking all kinds of questions, would get up from the desk and look at the car in the show room, would go outside and make a phone call, go back to the desk, go back to the car, her phone would ring and she would go back outside and this went on and on. I don't know how many times she got on her phone at the desk, but her ringer was turned up full blast! This went on and on for a long time. Then she got up and left. I waited a while and then I had to ask the Salesman "Is she going to buy that car"? He said no, her son told her not to. I would like to say how patient he was with her, because she was driving me nuts while I was just sitting there listening to her. Chris Nething did a great job putting up with that customer. More

I have had my new car for a month now and took it in for it's 30 day "inspection" There was a scratch on the lower panel of the driver side door. I let the service rep know and ask if someone could take a look, she was very nice and said sure no problem. Then during the checkout process--a different service rep made no mention of the scratch. When I asked he had no idea what I was talking about, so I took him outside and we ran into the original service person I was working with. She informed me they couldn't buff the scratch out--it was to deep. Neither offered any other solution--even if there was a cost associated. So then a manager came out petted the scratch and same result NOTHING. After a few minutes of BLANK stares and no resolution I was done. I passed Beaverton Hondas service center on my 10mile trek out to Wilsonville. Never again, I'll go elsewhere. More

We came in after being sorely disappointed with the Salem market in pre-owned cars. Wilsonville Honda had at least one of every car we had thought we wanted. Chris Nething worked VERY hard to help us pick t market in pre-owned cars. Wilsonville Honda had at least one of every car we had thought we wanted. Chris Nething worked VERY hard to help us pick the exact car we wanted, we worked him all afternoon testing, driving and quizzing. He held up great, was pleasant and professional, and did everything he could to line us up with the perfect vehicle. A+ job. It was actually a pleasure buying a car. More
Chris was very personable very friendly, knowledgeable about all features of the vehicle. Could answer all of our questions. The only real disappointment we had was when we finally decided on the features and color of the vehicle we wanted they did not have one on their lot and could not locate or trade for one in the area. So we ended up ordering from the factory. We expected a 6 to 8 week wait but we were pleasantly surprised to have it arrive in about 3 weeks which was perfect timing given the time it required to shop and and secure a loan. I should mention that we got a much better loan rate on our own than the one that was quoted to us through the dealership. All in all our experience with Parker Johnston Wilsonville Honda was very good and we are looking forward to a satisfying business relationship with them in the future as our primary service and care provider for our vehicle. More
Geri was great to work with, very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I got to take the car out on a test drive for a day with little effort dealing with paperwork. My first visit to Wilsonville Honda was in 2009 when I purchased a FIT. I had the FIT serviced there for all it's scheduled services. The Service Advisors, Jennette Alexander and Kristina Bangloy treate purchased a FIT. I had the FIT serviced there for all it's scheduled services. The Service Advisors, Jennette Alexander and Kristina Bangloy treated me as if my car was the most important thing that they had to care for that day. Each and every time I had the FIT serviced I was greeted with a smile and professional courtesy. I returned to Wilsonville Honda when I was ready to trade my FIT. We were greeted by Brianna Steglat who very courtiously showed us the vehicles we were interested in. She answered all our questions and let us buy the car. We didn't feel pressured to buy one model over another. We purchased a Honda Accord EX-L V6 with Navigation. She made our visit to Wilsonville Honda a very pleasant buying experience. I brought my Accord back to get several accessaries installed. Kristina Bangloy handled that work request in a pleasant and professional manner. I wanted to get a Clear Mask applied to the front of my Accord and was referred to Trevyn Ashley who made the arrangements for me to make the purchase. He then made the arrangements at the service desk for me to bring the car in for the mask to be installed. I brought the Accord back to have a Clear Mask installed. Service Advisor Rob Walker made that a pleasant experience. After the Clear Mask was installed I noticed that the fuel door was not covered. I brought that to Rob Walker's attention and asked him if he would make arrangements for that the be done as well. He called the servicing agency asked that the work be done and made the appointment for me. Buying a Honda from Wilsonville Honda is an effortless and rewarding experience. I will no doubt get my next vehicle from Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. More
