Service was too slow. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and I left an hour and 45 minutes later. An hour and a half from my scheduled time to perform an oil change and lubrication! Went to buy a vehicle. Was told no down payment. Found out from the bank, they told them a different payscale that I was not at, to get me with no down payment. Had to return the vehicle after almost 3 w out from the bank, they told them a different payscale that I was not at, to get me with no down payment. Had to return the vehicle after almost 3 weeks. Would not lower the price. But lowered it after they got the vehicle back. But I learned my lesson from them. Watch out, dealerships will do whatever it takes to sell a car. More

Bait and switch operation. I booked my appointment online since i purchased my truck at this location. Their website booked my appointment and noted that the truck was due for a first year service o online since i purchased my truck at this location. Their website booked my appointment and noted that the truck was due for a first year service oil xhabge tire rotation FREE of charge is what it quoted me. So i made the appointment boom soon as its done which took almost 3 hours to complete. $92 charge. So i said your appointment booker said it was free. The clerk says. Yea i dint know why it keeps doing that. Its $92 dollars. Never going back woukdnt recommend anyone going here More
