I have been a loyal customer of GM for many years. I have never waited an hour and a half for an oil change at any GM dealership before. There is something bad wrong with a service department that takes that never waited an hour and a half for an oil change at any GM dealership before. I went in for oil change and tire rotation. I let them know that previous time I had been there I didn’t get my tire lug nut key and that I hadn’t been anywhere else so it had to be there. All they ended know that previous time I had been there I didn’t get my tire lug nut key and that I hadn’t been anywhere else so it had to be there. All they ended up doing was the oil change since they didn’t find my tire key. Said the tech who worked on my vehicle last time no longer worked there and they had no way of knowing where it was left. I was told I could purchase a new set and that there would also be 30 min charge for tech’s time to switch them out. I declined. I shouldn’t have to pay when they lost my tire lug nut key. More
Kept my car for two days so I called to check on it and service said oh, we will get your repair estimate for you and call you right back. Ten minutes later it was going to be $1,625.00 to fix a small oil service said oh, we will get your repair estimate for you and call you right back. Ten minutes later it was going to be $1,625.00 to fix a small oil leak and replace the hood release cable. I declined and was charged $104.00 for nothing but it did include a $4.99 doc storage fee?? But i was not given a breakdown for the repairs. Thanks for waiting my time. I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership including three new cars but NEVERMORE> More
