I was told my previously detailed vehicle was ready, then it wasnt, then I needed a rental, then was told my vehicle was ready. In the end the technician returned my vehicle with grease on the door, sand in it wasnt, then I needed a rental, then was told my vehicle was ready. In the end the technician returned my vehicle with grease on the door, sand in the floorboard, a greasy shop tool directly on my back seat, the air bag didn't work, the restraint system didn't work, and a cable under the seat was caught up in the adjustment track. A 1.5 hour job turned into a 7 hour nightmare. My truck went back and forth several times before I could safely drive away. More
