My sales people, Andrew and Oliver, treated me well. The back office worked with me on my trade in vehicle. Finance promptly executed all the documents. The only issue I found was that the sales department didn't communicate with other departments as I had numerous contacts from Parks Ford employees after I ordered my vehicle wanting me to come in to buy a car. I received two letters and about eight calls. More
