No updates given during a long service. No loaner provided. Messages was sent to pick the car after repair but incomplete. I was told what recall was going to be done on my car. Turns out it was the engine. I replaced the engine June 2024 with a brand new certified Kia/Hyundai engine. I spoke with the manager who said that the work done wouldn't cause an issue with my 2024 engine. I'm not convinced. More
