No updates given during a long service. No loaner provided. Messages was sent to pick the car after repair but incomplete. I have to come all the way to test the car to say it's incomplete No loaner provided. Messages was sent to pick the car after repair but incomplete. I have to come all the way to test the car to say it's incomplete or stop into to some side effect. 50 days to fix one simple issue. No escalation possible as she doesn't refer to the manager or anyone up. She feels as if she paid from her pocket to o fix my car issue. No respect to people who goes all the way to check the status as she won’t update by text or mail or over a call. More

Wonderful customer service and answered every single question I had. What I had done to my car was going to take a while and was given updated texts about the time it would take. Had asked to check passenger tire when dropping off the car for oil change and recalls. They hadn't communicated it between each other and have to bring the car back for the tire. I was told what recall was going to be done on my car. Turns out it was the engine. I replaced the engine June 2024 with a brand new certified Kia/Hyundai engine. So everything that was done was done in vain and my car doesn't drive as well as it did when I took it in for the recall. I spoke with the manager who said that the work done wouldn't cause an issue with my 2024 engine. I'm not convinced. More
