Kept my car 4 days to install a thermostat. Service advisor promised car would be ready Friday, then Saturday. She never called to advise me the car wasn’t ready. I had to call her and she was very hard to reach and did not return my calls. When I called Saturday I was told the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. I sent an email to the manager of the dealership detailing my very poor experience but I have heard nothing from him. I really like my Hyundai but will never purchase one again because of my experience with the service department. More

I came to have two tires, fuel filter and brakes all the way around. I left the dealership and immediately the water in fuel light came on so I called and he said keep an eye on it. The next day I had to co way around. I left the dealership and immediately the water in fuel light came on so I called and he said keep an eye on it. The next day I had to come back and a tech said it had to be reset. Also they replaced the two front tires on my truck and put the white lettering out which clearly didn’t match the back or the two they replaced so I had to come back a third time to have the tires turned around. All in all it was an absolute train wreck with no compensation or regard for my time! Pretty pathetic! More

Was not originally told my car would be held after evaluation over night. When my car was returned to me there was some minor damage that was not there when I dropped it off. I called the first time I evaluation over night. When my car was returned to me there was some minor damage that was not there when I dropped it off. I called the first time I was in the car after getting it back, and never got a call back. Not the first time this has happened to me at this dealership. Just seems sloppy. More
