Every experience with this service department has been awful. The communication with customers is horrible, we got service done and had the same issue occur less than a week later, forcing us to return, w awful. The communication with customers is horrible, we got service done and had the same issue occur less than a week later, forcing us to return, we called multiple times to get updates on our vehicle and were either put on hold for 20+ minutes or were told that they couldn’t give us an update because they couldn’t get in touch with the person on our account. This was after we were promised a phone call that never came. I’ve come to this dept multiple times for recalls and other issues, and never once has it been a smooth experience. This dept needs a serious overhaul. I will be driving to Ocala for any future service and will likely never purchase a Hyundai again just to avoid this service department. More
