This statement is about Ford dealerships in general. I just paid over $2,000 to replace the fuel pump. It is unacceptable for a fuel pump replacement to cost over $2,000. Last year, my wipers would I just paid over $2,000 to replace the fuel pump. It is unacceptable for a fuel pump replacement to cost over $2,000. Last year, my wipers would not shut off and Ford advised me it would be $260 to diagnose the problem and then the cost for parts. I spent $27 on Amazon and purchased a replacement wiper assembly and removed the 3-bolts and replaced it in 20-minutes. I was advised by Ford it would probably be around $400. More

I set an appointment for 1pm for service, when I got there, the lady immediately stated I would have to leave my vehicle and was not guaranteed my car would get looked at that day. I had my Hyundai Elantra towed in because of a sudden large oil leak. They diagnosed the problem as an extremely loose oil filter (!) and fixed it with an oil & filter change and also fixed a recall issu large oil leak.
