I delt with DONNA in Hyundai service department she was thorough and answer my questions with knowledge . Also she followed thru with ever aspect of service to me with great efficency. (Parks Genesis) One of the worst service department operations I have ever experienced. Service scheduled two weeks in advance, yet no parts are available on date of service after the car is dropped o operations I have ever experienced. Service scheduled two weeks in advance, yet no parts are available on date of service after the car is dropped off . Parts ordered and purchased by customer, but then customer is informed that no service appointment is available to have parts installed for the next six months. There is a total lack of planning, coordination and communication. More
