I have taken my F250 back to this dealer twice now to fix the front steering "Death Wobble". First time they said there's nothing wrong with the steering components, the second time they said that the steer the front steering "Death Wobble". The rear tire passenger side of Santa Fe had been losing air for some time but your dealership could find nothing wrong with the tire after doing all kinds of tests and suggested we buy a new tire which we air for some time but your dealership could find nothing wrong with the tire after doing all kinds of tests and suggested we buy a new tire which we did at nearly $300. Unfortunately we did not keep a copy of the invoice. Soon the tire started leaking again. We brought it to Town Tire. They said it was the rim and not the tire. We brought it back to parks. They ordered the rim $1206 plus tax bringing it to $1999 which we had to pay up front. Even though we talked to your manager he refused to reimburse us for the tire or show any goodwill towards our plight by applying a discount. We went to Hyundai customer care and they would not take the case further because we don’t have a copy of the receipt for the new tire. We are seniors living on a fixed income and are very disappointed in the lack of service we received.. Hyundai could have a new copy of the invoice from the dealership’s records which is where the printed invoice came from but they wouldn’t accept that and we had to have our the client’s copy which we had not kept. They didn’t want to pay us .hyundai was not working with us in good faith. This has been a frustrating experience all around More
