truck was picked up for an oil change at 8:30am and I didn't get it back until around 5pm. That would be fine, the problem is I tried to reach out to get an ETA multiple times and never got a return call didn't get it back until around 5pm. Not trust worthy, kept putting down that I would need things done that I had already had done at that dealership, example they replaced my driving belt in May 2024 then in November 2024, January 2025, an things done that I had already had done at that dealership, example they replaced my driving belt in May 2024 then in November 2024, January 2025, and April 2025 tried to say I needed a new driving belt. Called the dealership and asked if there was something wrong with my belt. They said there was nothing wrong they were just not checking my vehicle history. Continued to recommend unnecessary services and also charged $299 for a diagnostic test for a sound my care made they misdiagnosed the issue saying it was a strut bearing when in fact it was a stick that was wedged against my tire. I had to go somewhere else to figure that out where they told me there was nothing wrong with my strut bearings. More
