Went in for a warranty repair and dropped the car off - 3 hours later received a phone call that they never ordered the part being replaced. I had my 2018 F-150 Lariat serviced yesterday regarding a rattling noise I noticed on the passenger side near the cabin filter. As a tried to pinpoint the cause of the noise I noticed the panel above the g rattling noise I noticed on the passenger side near the cabin filter. When I removed the panel I saw 2 screws missing & also noticed 2 broken inserts on these assembly panels. See pictures attached. This is definitely not the service I expect from a Ford dealership and need to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. More

The shop kept my car three nights for a problem with the AC and only once called to update me on the service despite promising daily communication. Another advisor told me that the stated repairs weren't done because the AC was functioning correctly and that there was no charge. The shop has problems communicating not only with customers but also internally. More
