I used the dealership because the maintenance was included with the cost of my car. The first time I went for scheduled maintenance I left with a screw in my brand new tire. The next two times they d included with the cost of my car. The first time I went for scheduled maintenance I left with a screw in my brand new tire. The next two times they didn't wash my car until I requested it even though it's part of the service they offered and then I had to wait 15 minutes while that was completed. This time I was told having my tires rotated was part of the maintenance that was included so I expected they would rotate my tires. The tire with the slow leak since the screw incident was the front driver side tire. Every time the weather gets cold I have to air it up. Two days after my tires were supposedly rotated we had a cold front and the front driver's tire needed to be aired up. I believe they were not rotated at all. They also left the cover to my interior air filter lying on the floor of my front seat. I had to go back in and find someone to put it back in place. I was told that was the last complimentary service and I'm glad because I will not be returning. More

They took 3 hours for regular tuneup. I found my vehicle I thought ready to go told them and them they checked me out but the warning light was on and they had to take it back and fix.
