Service scheduled two weeks in advance, yet no parts are available on date of service after the car is dropped o operations I have ever experienced. Parts ordered and purchased by customer, but then customer is informed that no service appointment is available to have parts installed for the next six months. There is a total lack of planning, coordination and communication. More
