My partner and I arrived on Saturday (10/26/13) to look at a new vehicle. We were promptly greeted with a smile by Steve Barranco who asked if he could assist us. Steve was courteous, kind and very helpful - without being the "pushy salesman"! He asked us many questions to help us determine what vehicle would work out best for us. Steve was very knowledgeable about the Ford product and directed us to the 2014 Ford Escape SE. We drove that model and also drove the "S" model. All in all, we ended up purchasing a new 2014 Ford Escape SE. My experience with car dealerships in the past has not been the most pleasant - with all the pressuring of a purchase. Steve, along with Frank and Paul, made this experience delightful (if that is possible)!! Marcy and I (Wanda) would like to thank Steve for a great car-buying experience. Frank was also very helpful in getting us to the price that we were comfortable with and then Paul made the financing easy!! It was a pleasure doing business with the Parks Ford family. Ricky was excellent - he explained the features of each vehicle we looked at and spent the time to help me find just the right one. He tried to make the process as easy and worry-free as possible. Carlos was also excellent. He went above and beyond to find me the best financing possible, answered all of my questions, followed up with me on everything, and gave me all the "bottom line" options I needed in order to make the best decision. Both of them were pleasant, genuine and wonderful to work with. Even though I was not a "high end' customer, they made me feel valued and made every effort to make sure it was a great experience from start to finish. I went in and at first I was a bit unsure of what I really wanted, but they were patient with me and got me into a brand new Focus which I could not be any happier with.
