Caesar was super friendly and a huge help! I originally went into Parks Ford after seeing a 2021 F250 Lariat on Autotrader. When I got there I was informed that the truck was not yet in the lot and already went into Parks Ford after seeing a 2021 F250 Lariat on Autotrader. When I got there I was informed that the truck was not yet in the lot and already had a deposit on it since these trucks are currently super hard to come by. Caesar spoke with the sales manager and was able to custom order me a 2022 F250 Lariat for the same price as the 2021 and all I had to do was put a deposit down on it. We placed the order on July 24th and I just picked it up today on September 25th! With the way the market and the world is right now, I’m super happy with the price I got and the speed at which the truck was manufactured and delivered to the dealership! Caesar kept in touch with me the whole time with calls and texts to update me on my truck. I definitely recommend Caesar and the staff at Parks Ford for making my truck buying experience so easy! Beware - False Advertisement. Prices online are not what the actual base price is when you got to the dealership. Drove 2 hrs to see a car that was advertised online for approximately $11,500. After a tes the actual base price is when you got to the dealership. Drove 2 hrs to see a car that was advertised online for approximately $11,500. After a test drive and the salesman going over the car with us, he then went over the price. The base price was actually approx $13,500 - $2,000 more than the online price. It included their "Park Plus Pkg" that was approx $2,000. We told them we did not want it, could not use it because the car was going out of state in two weeks and this package was only good at their dealership. They said they had to charge us for it because they had already done these things to the vehicle. If that was the case, the $2,000 should have been included in the price that was advertised online, which it was not. We knew that $11,500 would not be the total price because of taxes and all kinds of dealer fees, we were not aware of the MANDITORY $1995 Park Plus Package. This should have been an option, not manditory. We also wanted it titled out of state, which they refused to do because of COVID???? We contacted other dealerships and none of them had any problems with titling a car out of state and do it all of the time. Even though the salesman was very nice, he still tried to twist things around to justify everything and tried to convince us of things that were not true. The dealership would not negotiate the price at all and totally wasted our time. This dealership has no respect for the customer or their time. We were treated like we were stupid and could be talked into anything. Just make sure you know what the price of the vehicle really is before you walk in the door and know that the "Park Plus Package" is MANDITORY, NOT OPTIONAL. More
