Service is good and sales. Staff are very knowledgeable and nice. I am disappointed in actual delivery of vehicle back after service. However, this wasn’t the case at Hyundai Parks - from the moment we stepped onto the lot, the experience was super-positive and we were immediately put at ease by the professional and friendly atmosphere. Our sales consultants, Fernando (and Dalton) were awesome. They listened carefully to our requirements, respected our budget without trying to upsell us and had an easy demeanor and rapport. There was zero pressure, and they made the entire process feel collaborative rather than confrontational. The financing process was also seamless, transparent and drama free. Finance Manager Grant clearly explained all the options and terms, ensuring we understood every document before signing, and we walked away feeling confident and happy with the deal. The vehicle handover was thorough, and Austin took the time to set up my phone, walk me through technology features, and answer last-minute questions. I highly recommend Hyundai Parks to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle - this was more like what a car buying experience should be. My car was taken in on Monday morning 11/24 for a warranty covered problem with the mirrors; they no longer adjusted when putting the car in reverse. I called on Tuesday to check on it nothing done, warranty covered problem with the mirrors; they no longer adjusted when putting the car in reverse. I called on Tuesday to check on it nothing done, Wednesday nothing done. So, with the holiday weekend coming up I needed the car. There was nothing done to correct the problem with my car and it’s under warranty! I’m going to reschedule and speak with management concerning the problem with my car and the fact that it’s under warranty is that the reason that I was pushed aside. I’m very unhappy with the service I received with this problem. More

This was surprising because as soon as I picked up my car—and still to this day—it shakes very badly. More
