I have made multiple trips to get my Hyundai Sonata fixed of recall work here. It takes weeks to get in the queue. Very consistently I will not get a call back. My car has been in the shop for over six out of recall work here. It takes weeks to get in the queue. Very consistently I will not get a call back. I guess that is why the service managers don't call, there's nothing to report... On top of that, if you pay with a credit card, they charge you an extra 3% service fee! A mom and pop shop, sure, but a national chain? Greedy. More
