Great car buying experience! I worked with Sonya Edwards who was very professional and answered any questions that I and my grandson had. I only went to the dealership to look at the Optima's and wasn't su who was very professional and answered any questions that I and my grandson had. I only went to the dealership to look at the Optima's and wasn't sure if I wanted to trade my 2018 Sportage for a car. I have owned 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees, 1 QX4, a Sorento and Sportage so it's been a long time since I bought a car. I had an amazing experience at Parkside Kia! This was my first car buying experience. Let's be honest, I was nervous I would get frustrated with the whole process, but mainly with them trying to deceive me first car buying experience. My car buying experience was actually fun, thanks to Brandon Jordan, Ben Burton, Shane Little, and Matt Thomas. When I met Brandon, he was honest and explained things to me in a language/vocabulary that was not only easy, but informative beyond what I had expected. This statement is true to the whole team that helped me get everything from the right car, all the way to extras, and most importantly, price! The whole dealership had a great vibe and upbeat energy! After not getting answers on some questions and the attitude they had from our local dealers here in Chattanooga, I contacted Parkside Kia in Knoxville regarding a Sorrento and their customer service attitude they had from our local dealers here in Chattanooga, I contacted Parkside Kia in Knoxville regarding a Sorrento and their customer service was a difference in day and night! Jeremy was very understanding & listened to my questions and my situation and explained me everything including the vehicle we were interested in. Once we arrived, Josh was super nice and made us feel right at home. Explained our options all through the process, all the way up to the financing. About an hour later we were driving back home to Chattanooga in a brand new Kia Sorrento with great financing! Kudos to Jeremy, Josh, and the whole staff who helped us.
