Felt very comfortable from the start to ask any question, tell him what I liked, and have someone listen to me and HELP. never did Chris pressure me or make me feel like I was asking a dumb question. Ron had recently purchased an F 150 and had just returned from a vacation trip. We were unsure that we were going to buy it at this point and my daughter wanted a red car. The next day I received a phone call from Mark Carroll and he stated a Ted Ford Focus will be arriving around noon and if we wanted to stop by and see and drive it we could. As you know the rest is history. We have a red Ford Focus sitting in our driveway now. I have worked with this dealership and Mark in the past and have lived the personal time he takes to take care of us. More
