When we mentioned the automobile that we discovered on the website of Parkway Toyota in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, Mr. Kychenthal knew the exact car and readied the automobile for our viewing without delay. Mr. Kychenthal made my mother and I feel comfortable with our finances and by no means was he "pushy" - as can be the case with many auto sales reps. If fact, the entire Parkway Toyota office staff was congenial in every way possible, especially, Mr. Mark Gaviola - the Financial Director who worked diligently through the process to the final signatures required. Thank goodness for the warranty! It’s always a good feeling when purchasing a pre-owned automobile that there’s a warranty attached. We showed up with an appointment which we made as we were in the car on our way to the dealership and were told that they would be happy to see us. He gladly arranged for a test drive and setup an evaluation of our trade-in so that we could determine where we stood with financing issues. We had a low rate car loan already arranged from our bank and we basically made an offer that was the same as the best price we could obtain via an internet pricing service and after enlisting Bob the sales manager they met the price. No haggling at all. Everything about the purchase was easy. We left with the car the next business day and the sales manager, Bob and Clinton were friendly and helpful from start to the drive off. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful experience I had with Mr. Volpe, or as he demanded me to call him “DAVE”. Dave was extremely courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota.
