We had a phenomenal experience at Parkway Toyota. We walked into the dealership contemplating a trade-in of our Toyota Sienna with very little expectation as we had a few payments remaining. They gave us a very competitve offer on price right away and worked with us through delivery. We had a lease payment due a few days after our visit and they went above and beyond to first find the exact vehicle we wanted (our color was not an easy find) and then made sure delivery occurred on the next day. Derrick in sales was great but our best compliments go to the Sales Manager, Bob Winograd, who made us feel like our sale was their #1 priority fo the day and quaterbacked the process. I just bought a used Corolla LE and the sales person who helped me, Carlos Guerrero, was a very nice person and very easy to talk to.
