I had been searching for a specific trim on a Ford F-150 and found one I liked on Pat Lobb. Luke quickly responded to my wife and me when we reached out for more info. With our kids in school, it was much e and found one I liked on Pat Lobb. Luke quickly responded to my wife and me when we reached out for more info. With our kids in school, it was much easier to drive to the dealer with just us two, but we told Luke and Tony (our finance manager) that we needed to make the process fast so we could make it home to get our youngest from school. After a little of the usual back and forth on the price, they worked quickly to get the truck prepped and paperwork finished so we could get home in time. I know I can be annoying and nitpicky, but Luke and Tony both didn't let it show if they really were annoyed. My wife, on the other hand, had no issue with expressing her annoyance with me, but that's normal and I wouldn't blame anyone for giving me a big eyeroll! LOL! Anyway, I now have the truck I've been wanting and we are all satisfied the our experience at Pat Lobb. If you're looking for a new or used car, Pay Lobb Toyota of McKinney will be happy to help!
