I walked into PL Toyota about a month ago looking for *something* that fit me and would make me happy. I was paired with Carlos Carrol, who was beyond amazing, professional, kind, and so thorough. Started looking at Rav 4s (used), and ultimately decided to go with a Prius for the economic efficiency and price. Of course, with the shortages - no Prius was available. I thought about it for a day to two and came back where Carlos was able to answer all my questions and ultimately paired my car preferences with the Prius XLE. I then placed a deposit for a new 22 Prius XLE, and he walked me through the numbers and TRULY held my hand the entire car-buying process since I was CLUELESS. It took about 4 weeks given the economy and lmtd inventory *BUT* my Prius arrived yesterday at the dealership, and upon retrieval, again Carlos was super professional and thorough about the last steps and helped me feel super confident about the vehicle before signing the papers. I have never had a buying experience such as this one; it was seamless and amazing! Kudos to PL Toyota and SUPER kudos to Carlos Carrol - I'd recommend him 100xs over to anyone looking for a salesman to shoot it straight and give you all the specifics you need. More
