He did not try to rush or push me through the deal and that was important to me. He was consultative and knowledgeable and I felt like I got a very fair deal. I also felt like the service team did a great job making the paperwork process go very smoothly. Overall, these folks are really good at what they do and that was very evident to me. While Jhonalou Young was my first point of contact and she was amazing. When we got to the dealership she was helping another customer and introduced us to Steven Boyd and asked if he could help us out. she was amazing. He was GREAT, My husband and I are not the easiest people to deal with. We are both strong willed and set in our ways, but Steven made the final steps in this purchase Fun, yes I said it FUN. We (mainly me and Steven) cut up and went on. I gave him a hard time and he gave us a great deal. My husband is the owner of a 2020 Tundra 2nd new vehicle he has ever owned. Dear Mr.Jurs, On saturday 9/5, I got my Toyota Highlander Hybrid 2018 for 30K service. Your advisor, Easy, suggested that it is the most important service and I needed to do a bunch of things. I told him tha Hybrid 2018 for 30K service. Your advisor, Easy, suggested that it is the most important service and I needed to do a bunch of things. I told him that I did not want tire rotation and balance because I would be changing tires soon. He removed that and gave me an invoice of $690. I asked him why it is so expensive. He said that they were taking care of lot of things and it was important for 30K service. I was dropped home by the shuttle and when I checked with another dealer, there was factory recommended service for $189. I called Easy immediately and asked him why he had not shared the factory recommended service, and he disagreed with me. He said that he had shared factory recommended service with me when I dropped the car. I told him that he was being dishonest. I spoke to his supervisor and he sided with Easy. I have been servicing this car for more than 2 years at your dealership(and I always enjoyed visiting the place and doing my office work in the lobby, while I wait for my car). But yesterday, I was terribly hurt and sad with the lack of transparency which is backed by dishonesty by one of your advisors (and his supervisor) in your department. My family and I will no longer be visiting your dealership. Easy and his supervisor seemed to fine when I said so. Anyways, Mr.Jurs, thanks much for all the good service your department in particular, and Pat Lobb in general provided in the past. Yesterday's behavior destroyed all the good will I had.
